This store at trysecondmoon.com is operated by Scaling Ops LLC, trading as Second Moon, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. In these terms "we", "us" and "Second Moon" mean Scaling Ops LLC, and "you" means the person placing an order or using the site.

By placing an order you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Health and Diet Product Disclosures. Those pages form part of these terms.

What we sell, and what it is not

Second Moon sells dietary supplements. They are not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing on it replaces a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Read the label before use. The product is for adults and contains tree nut (black walnut), soy and gelatin. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. If you take medication, have a medical condition, or are treating a diagnosed infection, speak to your doctor before starting. Individual responses vary.

Who may order

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract where you live. We ship only to the countries listed under Shipping and delivery. Orders are for personal use; we do not sell for resale.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page. Delivery charges and any taxes are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
• Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the confirmation email.
• We may correct an obvious pricing or description error, and will contact you before charging if we do.
• We may refuse or cancel an order — for example where an address cannot be served, where a quantity limit applies, or where an order looks fraudulent. Anything already taken is refunded in full.
• Card details are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Second Moon is sold two ways on the same page: as a single purchase that never renews, and as a subscription that does. The buy box defaults to the subscription. Read this section before you choose.

If you select a subscription, you are enrolling in a recurring charge. Here is exactly what happens:

• 1 Pouch — first delivery $0.00, then $39.99 every 30 days until you cancel. The same quantity bought once, with no renewal, is $59.99.
• 2 Pouches — first delivery $30.00, then $79.98 every 30 days until you cancel. The same quantity bought once, with no renewal, is $119.98.
• 3 Pouches — first delivery $60.00, then $119.97 every 30 days until you cancel. The same quantity bought once, with no renewal, is $179.97.

• Deliveries repeat every 30 days. One pouch is 90 softgels, which is a 30-day supply at the labelled serving.
• The subscription continues until you cancel it. There is no fixed number of deliveries and no end date.
• Your payment method is charged automatically on each renewal, at the recurring price shown above, plus any delivery charge that applies to your address.
• We email you before a renewal is charged. If that email does not reach you, the renewal still happens — so cancel from your account rather than relying on the reminder.

How to skip, pause or cancel

You can stop the renewals at any time, and you never have to speak to anyone to do it:

• Open the subscription-management link in your order confirmation email, or sign in at account.trysecondmoon.com, and cancel there.
• Or email info@trysecondmoon.com or call +1 774 744 3932 and ask us to cancel it. We will.

A cancellation takes effect on every delivery that has not yet been charged. If a renewal has already been charged when you cancel, tell us and the 30-day guarantee below applies to it in the ordinary way — keep the pouches, take the refund.

To buy without any of this, choose the one-time option in the buy box. A one-time order is a single charge and nothing renews.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States and to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. We do not ship anywhere else.

• A single pouch ships for $20.00. 2 pouches or more ships free, on a one-time order or a subscription. A subscription refill of a single pouch is $6.95.
• We pack in 1–3 business days and transit takes 7–14 days. Both are estimates, not guarantees; customs handling can extend them.
• The charge for your address is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.

Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the recipient's. Check the delivery address before completing checkout — after a parcel is dispatched we can only help where the carrier allows it. Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days. The full terms are on the Shipping Policy page.

Refunds and the 30-day guarantee

If Second Moon is not for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund it. Keep the pouches. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page.

Reviews, submissions and endorsements

If you send us a review, photograph or comment, you give us permission to publish it, and you confirm it is your own honest experience. We do not pay for reviews, we do not condition any incentive on the review being positive, and we do not write, buy or suppress them. We may decline to publish anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, and we may remove it later for the same reasons.

Where a person shown on this site is an illustration rather than a customer, it is labelled as one.

Using this site

The text, images, layout and marks on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access if you do.

Links to other sites are for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers and limits

We provide the site and the products with reasonable care, but except where the law does not allow it to be excluded, we make no other warranty and disclaim the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights as a consumer where you live.

Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK, or another place whose law gives you the protection of your local courts, this does not take that away.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
